Ajax Request when no Internet Connection ?

If Internet goes down while we make a Ajax Request then how to give feedback to the user that the internet is down ?

Just check the status of the request. If it's 200, then it's OK. If it's 404, it usually means NOT FOUND. See a list of status definitions.
