MOUSEOVER BUTTONS CHANGES GRAPHIC - HOW TO PLEASE

    Buttons down the left A, B, C, D
    A graphic to the right.

As you hover over A or B etc the graphic on the right changes.
    It's a common one.

Need a script to do this, with or without Dreamweaver.
(Hopefully with an option for the graphic on the right to keep the last one
selected unless the mouse moves over a button again )
    Can you help? :o)

    Many thanks,
    R

    R,

What you want to do is mostly trivial but it would take some time. I'm
actually looking for work so I'd gladly do it for you on a fee bases. Take a
look at my menuing system at www.galypso.com: one of my jobs in progress. I
think it mostly does what you want but it has a lot of Perl behind it as
well; guessing you don't want Perl? I could write something like that in
pure JavaScript with the graphics you provide. reply to wpmccormick (that at
sign thing) covad (the period thingy) net to talk over terms if you're
    interested in using my services.

    Thanks,

    Bill

Thanks Bill, but I do not see anything on your "site in progress" that is
like what I described. Just rollovers.
One can create it in a tryst in something like Net Objects Fusion but it
creates a large amount of excess code and kind of does everything the long
way 'round. As I am requesting something that is very common I figured there
are heaps of scripts out there if someone could direct me to one. One of the
problems in finding one is figuring out what to call it.
      Many thanks,
      R

Right, it's just the rollovers. So correct me if I'm wrong, but it isn't
exactly what you're looking for except there are no graphics and the buttons
are accross the top as opposed to down the left?
