tree menu in javascript

Hi,

I am looking for menus in Javascript. I am no good at it myself and I
hope to find some similar to this one below

Do anyone know where I can find a similar one.

I also want to get the fields in the menu from a access database, so
if someone have experience that they can share about this, it would be
most welcomed.

Do a web search for one called "joust". It is freeware. It works fine,
but is no longer being actively supported by the author. You'll need to
play with the graphics and stuff to get that exact effect, and purists
will recoil in horror at the idea of using images as spacers.
