I'm looking for a good tutorial that will explain how to create menu such as
the one at the top of this site http://www.algomasteel.ca with the drop
downs, etc.....

I just found one identical to that: HVMenu by Ger Versluis

While it doesn't have a tutorial, it's well documented and
you can learn a lot from it as I did. (free script)
