Javascript and frames

I'm new to creating websites. I'm using Dreamweaver. I have a website with
different frames and want to build a library with Javascripts. They should
be available to different windows. How to do this?

Not a good choice. Before you let a tool write code for you, you should make
sure you have a good understanding of the code - so you can fix it when the
tool makes a mistake)
