See www.javascript-games.org, click "Games". Morten Haugaard Jeppesen's
"Alien Invaders" and "AI 2.0" are inspired by the original. The first plays
well, the second has destructible bunkers but has timing problems on fast
    machines.

        I'm jealous

first one is playable with a mouse, second one killed the speed,
another guy did it quite smooth but I don't know how, if I can
use the graphics like he did I can use the blocks for the barriers,
he didn't quite get them right using too wide gifs.

how did he get having over 30 positionable images on screen?
