Creating Tree Menu or similar without using Javascript

I have treemenu already using Javascript but not all browsers and users allows it.

Please give me snippet or hints or url to study.. I am kinda hard times to google it... ;)

Without using JavaScript? You'd be hard-pressed to find one.

Google for "javascript tree menu" and you should find some decent ones that are supported by the major browsers and a lot of them are free.
