Is possible to implement a Com Object like word in a Javascript program?

I mean, I've a COM object, as Word.Applicatio n. How to implement in a
javascript function for using their methods?

I just know it in vbscript but not javascript.
Actually, I don't think it can be work in javascript, please let me

Pretty much everything that can be done with VBScript can be done with
JScript too in IE. The objects are the same.
