I have problems with my site under firefox, i am using window.open fo
opening popups, but under firefox aparentlly no luck

Hi,

Don't worry: Firefox CAN do window.open().

You probably have some popupblocker active.
Check if you made firefox behave that way by BLOCKING POPUPS.
Check preferences, there is a popup-block section somewhere.

window.open() works just fine in FireFox.
