    Mutual Fund - Fiduciary Fee

    Using Quicken 2004 Premier

I forgot to pay one of my funds, therefore, they deducted the $10.00 (.241
shares) from my account on 12/22. Since dollars and shares were removed,
do I have to show this as a sale? However, if I do that, it would show
Capital Gains which I don't think is correct. Plus, Fiduciary Fees are tax
deductible. How should I show this transaction? Quicken should provide a
way to remove the shares and dollars and at the same time, tag that as a
    Brokerage Fee?

    Thanks
