The problem is somwhere in your JS or HTML.

Look in the JS/HTML. If you cannot find the problem, make a
minimised test case* and post the JS/HTML here.

Another suggestion is "Don't use pop-ups", which is probably the best
solution for keeping the maintenance costs low for the site.
