Reconfigure your browser. You certainly can't do it with JavaScript.

AFAIK, you have to set that in your browser printing dialog box
settings.

Even if it could be done, there would be a different solution depending
on the browser... but it can't... The best thing you can do is put up an
alert box, or something similar that tells them how to configure their
print dialog.
