i want to know that how to make a application of mobile reporting. and that application support to mobile and work on email also.

I could think of quite a few things that one could call "mobile reporting", so please clarify: What is your app supposed to do? And then there are a few other questions such as:

• Which mobile operating systems do you want to support? (iOS or Android are popular choices, though there are others)
• You say you want it to "work on email". What does this mean exactly? Should the app be able to send emails?
• What experience do you have in programming generally or mobile development specifically?
• Does your budget allow buying development software or are we talking about a budget that will only allow free software to be used?
