I have a jsp page with an IE9 only issue. On page load, the page partially displays even though the user is led to believe the page is finished.
The only 3 ways I can get the rest of the page to show is if I hold down my mouse and drag my cursor across the area that is missing...resiz e the window by dragging it smaller or larger, OR moving the top of the developer toolbar up or down to make that part of the page smaller or larger.
