uploading icon to jar file

i have replaced the default icon of jar file but when i copy and run the same jar file in another PC i don't get the image, also i don't get the background images nor the icon that i placed on top of the window(one instead of a java icon)
please help

I'm here with the answer to this,
include the image folder in the folder or directory where your .exe / executable jar file is.
