Multiple textboxes: Enter value in one, disable the other

i have a form in which i have two text fields and i want that the user enter value in one field at a time when i implement disable property then connectivity exception occurs can i implement lock in other text box when user enter value in one text box?how i can implement this?please help...

you can use setEnabled() function with boolean values true or false
