How to get CSIM for Java?

I have difficulties to find CSIM for Java (distributed as java archive (jar) file). I have a project to make a discrete event simulation by CSIM. Can you tell me where i can find it? Many Thankssss..

You have to buy it, it is about 1200USD for CSIM20.

Or in another way, you can download it by using bitorrent, but this is illegal.
