Adjust Path

This is the path that i have to follow for running a java program
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1 .6.0_06\bin\New _beg

I want to directrly set the path for C:\New_beg

How to set this , Plz Giude me

1. Go to C:\WINDOWS\syst em32, copy cmd application file.
2. Place this into C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1 .6.0_06\bin\New _beg directory.
3. Create a shortcut to cmd application on the desktop.

When you double-click on that, you will be in C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1 .6.0_06\bin\New _beg directory.
