which book or site is giving best information about JMF?

Google for it. The first link goes to java.sun.com webpage.There are alot of links to tutorials etc.
I assume the link "Code samples and apps" is of most interest for you, especially the sublink "2.1 sample code".
Just play with it to learn how to create JMF Application.
