    Eclipse -hibernate /spring plugin

    Could any one let me know the steps to integrate hibernate & spring plug in with eclipse IDE?
    and the steps to create a new project too?

          I couldn't find any relevant one. I am asking for eclipse , not for myeclipse. please let me know if anyone has worked on with eclipse
