Hide Scrollbars in Mozilla

I have just added an iframe to an html page, works fine in every browser bar Camino and Firefox. In those, when I roll over a link it creates scrollbars that really mess up the look of the page.

Is there a bit of code that I could add that would only apply to this iframe, not the rest of the page?

For starters posting off topic questions in completely unrelated forums is frowned up on. Secondly asking people what is wrong with your code without actually posting your code so they can see it is unproductive at best.
