There's a mysterious thing called 'documentation' ; from that site where you want
to download Tomcat (or already did) there are also links available to the docs.
Read them.

All the documentation and links are pretty much bundled with the
Tomcat install packages you get from sun.....

A quick google search will turn up a bunch of 3rd party FAQ's and
install guides also.
