As an experiment, I entered "JAXP" in Google and pressed "I'm feeling lucky". It immediately took me to a wonderful page with links to a detailed overview, downloads, a forum, news and announcements, a mailing lists, wiki, etc..

I was about to supply this wonderful link, but then I decided the OP needs to learn how to use Google: left as an exercise for the interested student ;-)
