I have the code! I developed a bug-tracking system by myself in JSP, spending several month. It's similar to IBM's one that is sold for millions, but does not have so much features of course, or I would have spent several years. But it seems sufficient enough for you, as per your description of its features.

But now I need to develop a game. One that sells good, of course.
If you can give me (or develop for me) its whole source code, then I will send you my code for the bug-tracking system as a sign of my big gratitude.
Please, please, I beg you, please do it. I need the code so much.
Also don't forget to attach a description about the code, so in case of an error or when I need to make a change, I know how to fix it without analyzing this unknown code for hours and days.

On the other hand, if you make the design what you need by yourself, and start developing your code by yourself, and then post some of your problems in this forum by quoting your code and exactly describing the error, I am sure you will make much more friends than only me and having a much better chance getting it done.

You should know that a bug tracking system is commercial software: developed for companies and only used by companies, therefore you will not find one for free. So if you don't follow my "tip", I am your only friend, and you should really care about friends and help them. Especially in my situation:
a) The company has paid me while I developed the system. So I have to pay a huge sum to my company for compensation if I give it away fo free to a friend.
b) Or I can take 3 or more months unpaid vacation to rewrite the software from scratch.

You see:
If I send you the source code, but you don't help me out with the game, it will end in a financial desaster for me. I have family and children. What should I tell them? That I don't have any money for them to buy bread because I helped an unknown friend for free? I need the money from selling the game so much!!!
Please, as your friend, I beg you, If you only would spend a little effort, if you only would try at least to get me the game, if you only would have a little understanding for my situation, I promise you I will do everything to buy the rights on the source code for the bug trackin system for you from the money earned through this game, or at least financially survive the time of unpaid vacation from this money, in case my company doesn't agree to sell and I need to rewrite the code from scratch.

I mean, look at you, you have saved so much time and effort and money by getting it for free from me, that it should be your duty to be at least a little bit thankful to your friend and do something for him. You told me that you are my friend, aren't you? But how can I believe you if you don't show it by helping me out?
With all the free time on your hand that you saved by getting a spoon-feed bug tracking system from me, at least you could try to write the game for me by yourself. I believe you are very intelligent and can do it with little effort, Maybe you can also get other programmers to help for free on this game, like you got me to help you for free; then you don't need to program it yourself all the way.
My poor children and wife would be thankful for ever, if some money comes in through the sales of this game. Please, I beg you.
