Timestamp Format Problem

i am working on a j2me application where i have to parse xml document from web url...How can i convert a timestamp value(eg:119556 9000) into original date (eg:2007-11-19)..

Most of the methods here have been deprecated due to the more complicated Calendar class, but in between those two, I'm pretty sure you can find your answer.
