but i am not getting what to do with them.

is this the correct download file?
after downloading the file, how to find the libraries?

The first step obviously to unzip the whole thing using some unzip command/utility. You should then open the resultant folder and look for a readme.txt or install.txt or whatever help file that they have put in there. It should have some instructions of some sort.
