Problem in WebSphere

Dear Experts,
I am an novice to IBM Products, i installed IBM Java Sdk 1.4.2, WebSphere,
On starting the websphere i encounter an error.

WARNING: Some GBeans were not started successfully:
TomcatWebConnec tor (failed,redirec tPort=8443,port =8080)

What should i do now?
Please guide.

Not sure if you are still looking for help with this issue, but in case you are, try looking for other existing connections to your 8080 port. That is most likely your issue, so ensure that port is open and not in use before running.
