Subscription of MyEclipse

Hi All,

I have installed myeclipse some time back. and now i'm getting this message when i do any operation in the IDE like "buy or renew ur subscription code". what i can do to continue using the eclipse with out buying or renewing the subscription code.Anyone plz help me

i think u r downloaded that one from any pay sites .They will provide u a demo version .if u go for <Removed> ,u will get full version.

Isn't that page a crack/warez site and therefore illegal? A search with Google gives me the description "Warez Full Apps Games Albums Torrents Serials Cracks Ftps Roms", which doesn't sound legal, does it?

Ramadeviirrigir eddy, I'm not surprised at all, that your company is blocking that site - that's exactly what I would do in their case.

To answer your question: MyEclipse comes as Shareware and can be used for a while for free. If you like it, you're supposed to buy it. I don't think, you'll be able to download a full version legally without paying.

You can still continue using Eclipse, as the IDE can be downloaded for free (and legally) from www.eclipse.org. This however will not contain the extra Features of MyEclipse.

You don't need anything apart from tomcat, an editor and the Java compiler. However using an IDE (like Eclipse) is useful and for that you can get a Plug-In called Sysdeo Eclipse Tomcat Launcher plugin, which I found very helpful when developing with Tomcat. You can find it by searching for it's name online.

Also, I can recommend to have a UML Editor or Plug-In for development in General. One, which I fancy, is called Green UML for Eclipse. (again: search for it)

Otherwise I can't recommend any further Plug-Ins, but if you want more information, open a thread about that, ok?

Or else use the 'WTP' (Web Tools Platform); you can download it from Eclipse's
site; it doesn't just support Tomcat but a lot more Servlet containers and web
servers; it knows about war deployment etc. etc.
