store file in Content engine - Filenet

Hi,
I am working with Filenet. I have all the below specified WSDL files

The elements and types defined in the CEWS schema are assigned to the following namespaces:

Common WSDL: http://www.filenet.com/ns/fnce/2004/06/ws/wsdl
Common schema: http://www.filenet.com/ns/fnce/2004/06/ws/schema
SOAP WSDL: http://www.filenet.com/ns/fnce/2004/06/ws/SOAP/wsdl
DIME WSDL: http://www.filenet.com/ns/fnce/2004/06/ws/DIME/wsdl
DIME schema: http://www.filenet.com/ns/fnce/2004/06/ws/DIME/schema
MIME WSDL: http://www.filenet.com/ns/fnce/2004/06/ws/MIME/wsdl
MIME schema: http://www.filenet.com/ns/fnce/2004/06/ws/MIME/schema

If I need to store the file in the content engine how do I pass the Input to the ExecuteChanges operation in the Content engine.

In the same way I need to retrieve the file from the ContentEngine via the GetObjects Method.

Please do help me out.
