Problem in deployment of application

Hi,
Till yesterday my application was working fine. From yesterday evening suddenly its started showing this error while deployment of application :-

D:\$PROJECTHOME\DefectTracker\nbproject\build-impl.xml:449: Deployment error:
Starting of Tomcat failed, the shutdown port 8021 is already in use.
See the server log for details.
BUILD FAILED (total time: 2 seconds)

I dont know anything about this problem. I am using NetBeans IDE 5.5 and Tomcat server Bundled in that.
