Selecting Rows From JTable

Hai
i want to select (by a single mouse click)an entire Row of a JTable and the contents of the row should be displayed in corresponding JTextAreas
i.e no. of coloumns = no. of Jtextareas

i can select any single cell and the entire row should be selected and displayed
