I 'm working on cross layer adaptation for multimedia transmission over wireless networks.
I 'm going to use jmf source code for transmitting a video and I want to find a java comtatible way in order to measure the network signal strength and then adapt the bit rate in the jmf source code for optimized transmission. Could someone give me a direction?????
