Random Question generation

Hi guys.I need to create a database and store questions in it to be generated randomly and option buttons used for the answers.The answers are then stored for each individual.Some one please give me code for doing that especially using Java and MySql for the database.

Most importantly first identify your problem.If that has something to do with java,post the problems.

If it has to do with MySql post problems in MySQL forum.
If you dont know any of these till date,grab a good book and atart learning first.
