Access denied by ACL on resource

I get this type of error.

HTTP 401.3 - Access denied by ACL on resource
Internet Information Services

401.3 means the user has access to that web server, but not to the particular file he's requesting. Check permissions on that file, it is probably restricted. Let me know if this helps.

Also, I'm moving this to the IIS forum, it would be more appropriate there.
