error in starting default web site

i stopped default web site
and when i start it again
Error message is displayed
" The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.(Except ion from HRESULT: 0x80070020)

Hi there,

This is due to binding problem, i feel there are other application on your system using Post #80. You can use [NETSTAT -ano] to check the open port status. Take care :)
