error '8002801d' in IIS

hello all,
when I installed an asp application in IIS and try to open my default page, the error error '8002801d' is being displayed. Please let me know about the solution for this. I tried everything and nothing is helping out.

Is your problem resolved? I think reinstalling IIS will solve the issue.
