If somebody can help me!
I used IIS services without password. Suddenly it prompted me for pass.
I was surprised, and I typed two passwords I used to use on another places.
After that it denie me access complete to IIS services.
I do all gym I can conceive.
As I'm newbee I'm sure I didn;t do everything?

Can somebody help me?

Were you denied access to IIS or an application? IIS manager is accessed through your windows account I believe.

same problem whenever i want to run the IIS start page........all that i need to do is open the following link in the web page "http://localhost/" but it is asking for username and password and i typed the windows account username and password but it didn't work me .....So could anyone please help me on this ??

Have a look at the properties of localhost in iis.
