IIS: 1088 event: App-Domain could not be created

Deployed my app to IIS through VWD2005 Express and when i go to my app - http://localhost/default.aspx I get server application unavailable. Checked my event viewer and get the above error. Not to sure of IIS configuration. Any help appreciated
