need help for iisstart.htm!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have installed server 2003 and applied it's service pack2 now i have already enabled my IIS services in my server2003 but when i try to check it through internet explorer by opening web page

http;//localhost/iisstart.htm

i got following error:-

so if any one can help me then tell me it's solution how i can view iissatrt webpage on server2003
i have also checked that iis is enabled on windows component and administrative tools

ya dude i have already done it and checked there default websites in iis manager ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,t here iisstart.htm is already present but i m not getting why it is not opening in internet explorer,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,
