https:// site is not opening

Hello,

I had installed Internet Information Services (IIS) 6.0 Resource Kit Tools for SSL on the webserver. which had Windows XP SP2 operating System. now i am accessing as https://IP address of website like https://209.34.56.34 but its not opening.

Locallly it working fine. but while accessing from internet it gives error like "Internet Explorer can'd display the webpage". it work fine if i write as http://IP Address..but its not working for https://

can any one solve this prob.?

Heard you have to have a certificate and register it. Tool kit wont cut it. HTH.
