IIS5.0 on Student Restricted Account

HI:
I am running windows xp pro in my student labs. IIS 5.0 works fine from the Admin account but on studen't restricted account it does not show the list of folders under my Website in IIS Manager.
Is there anyway to give full privillages to student restricted account to use IIS5.0 and to create folders under wwwroot???

I solved the problem :)
the solution was to add all the IIS components to admin group and keep the student restricted account as it is :)
