Strange Entry in System Log

Hi,
I have hosted an web application at my work.But i am noting this starange entry in the system log.The server failed to load application '/LM/W3SVC/1/ROOT'. The error was 'General access denied error'.
Could some one please help me to solve this problem, as the appn is in production i need to sort this out.Please some one help me.

Please provide more info about your platform. What authorization do you specify in the web.config? What authentication method have you chosen in IIS? Are you using Active Directory?
