web service stops agian and again

Hi All


I'm running Exchange server 2003 with OWA configured, my IIS service is stopping daily and i have to start manually, i have configured www service to [restart the service on recovery] even then it stops dont know why

my clients are facing problem :S please need an urgent reply ..

I already have download latest service pack and updates, and still getting the problem

I have doubt about GFI , which may creating problem with IIS, but i dont want to remove GFI
