Downloading email attachments

I have windows xp and have just recently experienced a problem in dowloading txt files attached to emails. I have the same problem on all of my email accounts so it seems that the problem is related to the computer. When I click on download noting happens, no message box - it just won't download. I can downlad jpeg and other files, just not word or other txt files. Any ideas?

Hi there,

Are you working on home PC or you are on your corporate network? If you are on your corporate network just make sure your system administrator didn't block .txt file download. Good luck & take care.
