Unexpected error from IIS

When i start my computer my default web site in the iis on winxp is always stopped and when i try to start it i get the "unexpected error 0x8ffe2740 occurred".
I desinstalled the iis and reinstalled it but no success.
I have seach on the web wuth the code but i had 0 results...
I tried turning off my norton (in case) but no success either...
Dont know where else to look for.
