MS Access HTML Template design ... ??

    Hi,
In Access there is the ability to send objects via email commonly Snap attachment. There are a number of options as to how it should be coded. In later versions there is the option of XML as well as HTML. If you choose the HTML format, it asks for a template. Can someone point me to the help area within M$, which explains how to build these illustrious M$ templates, and indeed if there are better options, E.g. FTP'ing a"n" XML version onto a live website with secure access to only an email client with the message open on it.
Any suggestion or ideas would be of great help.

    Hey Aric

His question is only on how to create a html template. The access stuff is secondary.

I may be a bit lost. Are you trying to make an Access template? Or an HTML template that looks like one in Access? Please advise.

Frequently now we Email reports as a snap format attachment. There is an option to Email it in HTML code, however it asks for a template file. I know this works, as there is an accounting program here in NZ, based on Access that emails invoices in HTML format, and it results in the body of the Email being printable as an invoice. Using Snap the receiver needs to have a snap viewer on the receving computer. Hope this makes sense.

This may actually be Access specific as implied by the help for the OutputTo action in Access. The only link I could find is MSDN
          Hopefully it will prove helpful.
