I would appreciate some comments about a particular website.
According to my brother 95% of tax returns in Chile are done
on-line, but looking at the pages of the SII (Servicio de Impuestos
Internos - Internal Revenue Service) I am not sure what to think of
them, aside from the fact that they don't pass validation. Even their
secure pages don't seem to pass validation.
Main page: <http://www.sii.cl/> = 42 errors
Secure page: <https://zeus.sii.cl/> =15 errors
Site Map: <http://www.sii.cl/mapa/mapa_internet.h tm> = 601 errors.
Do I understand correctly that the secure pages uses a certificate
with a 40 bit key?
I would appreciate any coments.
