Alternate way for Earthing the PC

In my home I've a PC.
But i think the home was not earthed properly, hence I'm feeling shock whenever I touch my PC metal case.

Is there any alternate way to avoid this...?

    Please suggest me..

There are many methods to measure ground resistance (aka grounding quality) as well as build your own grounding system.
However, I'd suggest you first to measure resistance between PC plug ground wire and PC metal case.

I know it's a silly question but... Are you getting a static shock (quick zap and it's over) or an actual electrical shock? If it's a static shock, get rid of the carpet and get yourself a humidifier.

If it's an electrical shock then at the very least you have a problem with the ground in the outlet were the computer is plugged in and possibly in the PSU for the computer. The computer is easy to check out, just take it to another area of the house and try it there, if problem still persists try it at a friend house.

Even if you find that you are having a problem with a short in the computers PSU you most likely still have a grounding problem in your home. If you were properly grounded the breaker should have tripped.

I'm sorry to say that if you need to ask how to check the grounds out in your house you shouldn't even think about doing it yourself. Get yourself a qualified electrician to check it out for you.
