How to made clickable webpage link in excel

I am using excel 2000

I have a list of websites in excel , when i move on some of the link
the cursor change to hand its mean when i click on it the website will
be open on default browser.
But for some link the cursor is not changing.

So how i can changes each link click able so i did not have to type
the we addresses just click on it and the web pages opens.

Please note that i already have a list of web pages

Copy and paste one of your website names that make your cursor change here and do the same with one of those website names that don't.

I bet they don't make up a valid URL name ...

Strange; I think you have to check for spurious characters in the second URL field; something makes Excel think that it is not a URL; I can't find it from here ...

I have the same problem exactly.
Some URLs are clickable and some aren't in my excel sheets, all of them are perfectly standard URLs, so this doesn't make sense.
Does anyone have a solution?
