Runtime Error

I keep getting the following message:

Runtime Error occurred, do you want to debug? Line: 10; Error: Object expected

My system just recently crashed (the hard drive died while I was on vacation) and a new hard drive was installed and all my programs re-installed onto it. This is when the runtime error started popping up all the time. When I go to debug, it takes me somewhere but doesn't tell me what to do and I'm without a clue. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

What OS are you on (guessing windows)?
Do you have any other information that might be helpful with tracking down the problem?
When exactly does the message appear (at startup, every x secons, when you click it away...).
